FOOD SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings are taken on a 1st come 1st served basis, late bookings may not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER ie NUMBERS, DELIVERY TIME ETC MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH A FAX OR EMAIL

• Non account clients Strictly C.O.D 
• Payment required within 14 days (Customers on account)
• A credit surcharge will be applied to late payments
  
• A replacement charge will be made for lost items of equipment.( re Buffets) 
  
• Buffet bookings & cancellations require two working days notice,
  ( 5 days for nos over 20 )
  
•  Buffets & Sandwich Platters
   A £5.00 delivery charge will apply to orders under £50.00
   
• VAT will be charged on buffets & sandwich platters delivered
• VAT will not be charged on food items collected from the Shop.
  
• We supply food in a refrigerated vehicle, you should request your food as close to required eating time as possible to ensure it is at its best. 
  We can not accept responsibility for food stored in  incorrect conditions.
